  6. Isn't this just the "denial phase"? You likely have celiac disease, but are looking for the possibility that you don't. It's a huge change in your life to eliminate all gluten...forever. Don't expect yourself to embrace the diet even if you feel better doing it. You'll want to "check" that dx once or twice even a year from now if you're a stubborn type...
  7. Even if your tests come back neg., you may still benefit from a gluten-free diet. I did. My tests all came back neg., and I considered the gluten-free diet kind of as an option. The longer I went gluten-free, the worse I felt when I DID eat gluten...even once a month. So, now I'm a strict gluten-free person. The last time I ate gluten, the brain fog...
  8. Open Original Shared Link Mouth sores could also be related to this... My daughter is allergic to vasiline. Her skin peels when she gets it on her.
  9. MSG is an excitotoxin or neurotoxin. It kills brain cells. Google MSG dangers and the safty of it as well. Take all the info you find and make your own decision as to whether or not to continue to consume this additive. I have eliminated it entirely from my family's food. MSG is gluten free.

    ARCHIVED Joints Pains, You Too?

Benzodiazapine caused me to have a prolonged arthritic reaction. It was awful.
  11. Well, I've found breads that are really quite good. I think the problem for you is the elimination of eggs along with the rest. Gluten free breads have come a long way. I'm really happy with the Kinnikinnick breads, and I'm not making sacrifices in flavor, texture and size. It's got to be the other restrictions your allergies present that leave you less...

  13. My solution is to order bread from Kinnikinnick. Please give it a try! Link below.

    ARCHIVED Migraines

Do you consume any caffeine? Chocolate has it. Eliminate all caffeine and drink more water every day. See if that helps. I had some migraines and I'd do anything to never have another. Water and no caffeine seems to keep me migraine free. It's been nearly a year since I had one.
  18. Kinnikinnick bread makes great sandwiches. That's what I pack my kids most of the time.
  19. Oh. BIG mistake. You can have delicious, normal bread, donuts, pizza, bagels, Ktoos cookies, chocolate chip muffins, montana chocolate chip cookies.....NOW. You are doing yourself a disservice by holding back. You dx is real even if you do not begin ordering online NOW. Let me know when you place your first order. ..... You're punishing yourself for...
  20. My first thought on all this NAET stuff is... What do you pay for this program? This all sounds like it has the potential to be a costly, ineffective goose chase, of sorts. JMO. Being gluten free is way easier than chasing down phantom extras with an unproven method. JMO.
