  3. Well, I didn't go to Medical school but I did wake upvin a Holiday Express last night and I can tell you an endoscopic challenge is there for a reason. Whatever diagnosis you get we will help you have many super shiny days to come. Welcome to the forum. Colleen
  4. When I go to have salad I ask for a "Wedge" salad with gluten-free dressing on the side. A wedge is where they just slide off a hunk from the whole salad ball and put it on your plate. Then you can cut it up on your plate and enjoy. Best way I have found to avoid cc from a salad. Colleen
  5. Your eyes and face seem to be reacting like an allergy. Some medication you started? A new Lotion? Something that has triggerd that. I would consider the eye thing a separate issues for now and get treatments. I may all coordinate in the end but I would see an opthomologist. Colleen

  9. I think an important piece needed is getting your products tested and certified Gluten Free. If you advertise the products gluten free they must meet testing maximums. I would contact the Certification Companies and ask around. I would also contact your Small Business Association. The Government may also have grants available. Good Luck Colleen
  10. Hi Skelly and Welcome to the Forum. Your numbers are also comparable to mine. My BP runs low and resting pulse in the 50's. My hypothyroid has been stable before and after celiac diagnosis and is around 3. I still have cold hands and feet, have all my life. Like Cyclinglady said, you can always pay a lab for further testing if you wanted. But I wouldn...

  16. Yes, she must have her own condiments that come in jars (double dipping) most can now be found in squeeze bottles. She will need a new toaster and some pans that arn't scratched. Same with plastic ware, wooden spoons, cutting boards and strainers. Please read the Newbie 101 thread under the coping section. It has valuable information. Good Luck ...

  18. Diana, is the emotional aspect of it because you want to save certain conversation? If it is the case, just copy the conversation and paste them to a word processing program. Good Luck

  20. I think when I start peeing rainbows I am halfway to Heaven. But seriously, I know I pee green when I eat copious amounts of asparagus, and I pee blue after C/T scans. If it goes in colored, it might just come out colored. IMHO Colleen

  24. Hi Bells. You'll need a toaster or toaster bags, colander and cooking spoons etc. if their's are plastic and storage containers. Use top shelf in refrigerator and also in pantry or put your dry goods in a storage container with a lid. Have fun visiting home. Colleen
  25. Hi FireFlash and Welcome to the Forum. I would advise you have your Thyroid tested when you see your Doctor. Then mention the symptoms to him. I would also drop dairy for awhile to see if that helps. Colleen
