It takes longer than 6 days to heal from Celiac. It can take from weeks to months, and in a small minority of patients, longer than that. Something that might help is this link Open Original Shared Link It is a list of companies that will clearly list any gluten (wheat, rye, barley, malt, oats). If you don't see it listed on labels of products made by these companies, then it does not contain gluten in the ingredients.

FYI: The "regular" Doritos flavor (nacho cheese) is not gluten free. It contains wheat and has it clearly listed. Many of the other Doritos flavors are gluten-free. Thanks for the link. -

Any gluten will be clearly disclosed, so you don't have to worry about artificial/natural flavors, etc. Hope that this list makes food shopping easier. Your doctor didn't run the full Celiac panel, which includes more specific/sensitive tests than were run. The complete panel that should be done includes: AGA IgA AGA IgG EMA IgA tTG IgA Total IgA. However, because you are on a wheat free diet, your results may skew to a false negative. The blood tests measure your body's response to gliadin.... -
