  5. Generally, Applebee's has two types of chicken. One with a marinade = not gluten free. They do carry some that have no seasonings/marinades.

  16. No, you can't----its not gluten free then. Pack a lunch in an insulated cooler. Bring what you would normally have for lunch.
  17. To my knowledge, there isn't one "best" for really any of them. A negative test result doesn't rule something out, as we all know. There are some better than the standard run of the mill labs, but after that, each of them have some good/some not as good. Andreas right----definitely need the WB run by a specialty lab. MDL is often taken by insurance...
  18. The genes for Celiac are pretty darn common though----I think 30-40% of the American population has them. So, he could have gotten a gene from your husband, too, if your husband has one/both of the genes. Generally, everyone who has Celiac "got" the genes from their parents. Can't help that. But, parents can help by helping them lead a healthy life...

  20. Soy is considered a main allergen. Main allergens are required to be listed on the label. If you don't see soy listed, then it is safe.
