    I was told that mouth sores are caused when your tummy gets upset, so it stands to reason, that when we get glutened, we will also get mouth sores! I have also found, they last about 3 days, no matter what. I too, have used Oragel to ease the pain while they heal. I often wonder if a mouth sore is what our tummy's look like inside too!

    I react to anything on my skin and I have never reacted to any nail polish. Not to my knowledge, anyways. I've used good stuff and cheap stuff--covered the range of polishes, never reacted to any.

    Terri, to answer your questions first--tomatoes give me diarrhea usually within 1/2 to 1 hour. Most nightshades do.     My sister once told me that she has not once found a vanilla with gluten in it yet--I do not worry about it. She bakes so much and is a celiac, plus a dietician--so I do value her opinion.
