    I have been gluten free for 7 1/2 yrs and can honestly say I have never cheated, never even wanted too. I was so sick before going gluten free, that cheating has never been an option for me.

    Just want to add a couple of things. Be very careful of Dannon yogurts--Dannon is well known for having gluten in their yogurts, so watch for that. I never purchase their yogurts.     I too, stay away from grains--soy and corn were the next intolerance's after I went gluten free. I can't have potatoes either.     I have never had a problem with Aussie shampoo's or conditioners. Just because a shampoo or conditioner has alcohol in it, does not mean it is wheat!
