    I always use Arabian coffee, I do always make sure that it is 100% coffee though. Flavored coffees can contain gluten, not usually regular coffee.

    Thank you Tarnalberry--It's not the Vitamin E at all. I can't have soy and I have not found a fish oil capsule that doesn't have soy too. I have found gluten free ones, yet they contain soy.

    Always call and ask when you doubt anything or simply do not buy the product. It the label does not specifically state the allergens in the product and I have any doubts, I put it back.     Very true. You can't tell a celiac by looking at them. That is one of the reason's I hate when I hear someone say, "You don't look celiac!" Especially when a doctor says it. It's not a look, it's an illness and so many illnesses can make you look the same way. Thyroid disease can make you look very ill, cancer does, heart disease does, a number of diseases...

    I mentioned to my new doc that thyroid seemed to be a problem for me and she says--all is within range. I asked her which range she goes by. She says, "There is only one range, TSH .40-5.50!" She would not even discuss new ranges. Got a look on her face that said, I am done discussing this!
