  5. Mary, as you know. you are in a great place to learn about gluten free living. Hidden Valley Original Ranch is gluten free and what better ranch dressing to have! I know some celiac's are also sensitive to MSG as well, but I have never heard of MSG giving off a gluten by-product........is this true? does anybody know? Can MSG affect celiac's just like gluten? But, after you are healed for a while, it's possible to add dairy back in your diet without issues. (it's healing and villi issues).   21. Texas Roadhouse used to have a gluten free menu. They no longer have one available. Could there be gluten, yes. The steak may have been marinaded and there is a good chance of cross contamination. ....hope not though.
