    Please get a Celiac Serologic Panel (blood test) asap. Going gluten free for a week should not interfere with your results. It obvious that you have an issues. If you have intense pain, you need to see a doctor and be tested. You want to rule out more serious concerns. Please do so and check back with us.

    Sometimes our gluten reaction time will vary, which makes it really hard to pin-point the culprit. Certainly apples, grapes and water would not be a gluten issue. When I have entertained and needed apples from turning, I used a mild lemon juice wash. Are you familiar with the general concerns: shared toaster, scratched cookware, lotions, lipsticks...

    The only hot dog that I know of that contained gluten was Nathan's. They have reformulated and they are now gluten free. Ore Ida's do not contain gluten. But you must check the fryer to make sure that other gluteny foods were not fried in the same oil - thus cross contamination. I probably would not be comfortable with a school fryer.     Sorry you're ill. Both Hunts Ketchup and All Vlassic's are gluten free. Many times, your gluten reaction time can vary the longer you are gluten free. It makes it difficult to pinpoint the culprit.

    Chop some large slices of onions and dredge them in Pamela's Pancake Mix - Batter and deep fry. Take them out to drain on a paper towel and lightly salt. ....pretty darn close!!

    Chicken broth, by Swanson and others pretty much list their ingredients. Sometimes, the longer you are gluten free, the more delayed your reactions are. It does vary, which makes it more difficult to back-tract to a source.
