    I was 18 when I was diagnosed and they thought I had a form of colitis so they did the colonoscopy. From what I was told they don't usually know what type until they do a biopsy. Hopefully they can figure it out.

    I was diagnosed with micropsopic colitis 10 years ago. They did a colonoscopy and found irritation in my colon. The medicine did nothing and made it wose. Now that I am gluten free I feel great. The colonoscopy was very uncomfortable and knowing that I had colotis really helped nothing. Good luck.

    Yep! I had the worst skin during my pregnancy and it never went away. They were soooo bad and would last for 3-4 weeks each! Now that I am gluten-free htey are gone! Bit if I get gluten they are back they next day!

    Glad it went well! Belle and I had great weather for "Making tracks for Celiacs" at Boom Island in Mpls. They had great samples and Belle enjoyed a Dilly bar at 9am! LOL She loved meeting other kids who were just like her and was happy she could eat everything there!

    I can get Vance's dairy free at 3 different co-ops here in MN. Is there a co-op near you? You may find it there as I heard shipping was spendy on line.

    We love Tinkyada! Even my husband who is not gluten-free and is very picky about his pasta loves it! And yest the classico alfredo sauce is gluten-free and yummy!

    I know that for a while they thought spelt was ok for celiacs. Not sure why but now it is a no-no and people still think it is ok.

    That is what I was getting the past 4 days and today I am fine. I am sure I was not glutened because I got no other symptoms. Sorry don't know what it is but just wanted to let you know I get it too!

    There is a dairy free Culturelle available but you have to special order it. A pharmacy will do this for you.

    I have been feeling icky the past 4 days. My joints and body ache, neuropathy is back in my fingers, brain fog, migraine or nasty headache every day and indegstion! I have been gluten-free for 5 months now and have been feeling great!! I am sure I did not get gluten as I have not gotten any tummy issues. But I am not sure what it is!! I hope it is not...

    My daughter was neg as well. But the symptoms were to similar to celiac. So I had her go gluten-free. She has been gluten-free for 5 months and has gained 5 lbs, has normal bm's instead of D ten times a day, no behavior problems and she just looks better. I would say try the diet and if it helps just stick with it. Good luck!

    I love spicy too! Did you get the reg or spicy? I need to try the spicy flavored ones but I know Belle won't like them!

    Belle has lmost become paranoid about getting gluten as she knows how sick it makes her. (she just turned 4 a month ago) She will not take anything w/o asking if it is gluten free. She then asks us. She even asks me if something is gluten free before she takes it from me! LOL! And i am gluten-free too! I am still afraid that one day I won't be around...

    Both my daughter and I tested neg for celiac. But because of our symptoms they wanted us to get a biopsy done. I had found this board and decided to try gluten-free for both of us instead. Well, we were feeling a lot better from being gluten-free. My daughter has gained 5 lbs in 5 months and is no longer lactose intolerant. They diagnosed her with celiac...

    We were at Whole foods last night and my husband picked them up for us because they said gluten-free on them. He got some for my daughter and put them in a bowl when we got home. She gave me some and they were good!! I went to get us more and noticed a star by the gluten-free and it said may contain the 100mp of gluten like other products have said. Well...

    My daughter used to be a big slim jim fan! Now I get her the Wellshire farms turkey Tom Toms. She loves them!

    LOL! Someone at work saw me taping them and she said you know you don't have to do that. They get sticky if you lick them! LOL I had to explain myself!

    I have never had probs with them! I eat them quite a bit! My daughter never had issues either.
