    My b/f works as a dairy/frozen manager, if they are the frozen type.. GG clearly lists all allergens on the back, in the ingredients and in type after all the ingredients. I hope this helps.

    If I remember correctly, the organic ones arent gluten free. At least that is what I thought I saw. I use the regular broths all the time with no problems at all

    I dont know how close you are to it, but they are putting a Carrabbas in East Brunswick. On Route 18 where the old Chi Chis was. They are also putting a PF Changs in Hamilton Square.     I also get D first. I do have days where I get C, but I am not sure why yet. I dont think its gluten, I think its lack of fiber. I am trying to figure it out. I am like Paulina, on my "normal" days, I almost could go without paper too. (but I dont either! )

    I am one of the guilty that uses shampoo and conditioner that have wheat in it. I know it isnt a good thing. I have such curly hair. No product that is in a supermarket or even in beauty supply stores works for me. I finally found a product that works and the shampoo and conditioner have wheat protein in it.     The Pam thing always made me nervous. I use Mazolas Pure Sprays. I particularly use the Canola Spray. There is no chemicals in it, and no wheat. I like it.
