    It was great Rachel. We also have a BBQ every summer! We are currenly researching a place to have it at. Too many people show up to have it at my celiac groups leaders house!     I only bought the items that specifically said gluten free on the boxes. And of course, double checked the ingredients. I tried the scalloped potatoes and they were good... I havent tried any of the cake mixes and they come with a frosting pack right in the box. Again the box says gluten free and I double checked the ingredients. Alot of Kosher items...

    I am not nearly as impressed this season so far as I was last. The guys last year would have blown these guys away imo. Anyone else notice they are using Chris Daughtrys song to send them home with? last year it was had a bad day.. this year is Daughtrys Home. A bit ironic since he didnt even win last year!!!

    I do sometimes just plain old mushrooms and olives. (black) or sometimes the white pie, with ricotta spread all over it, no gravy at all, mozz cheese and olives and mushrooms or nothing! and i love it!!

    I went shopping yesterday in Shoprite. I found soooooo much stuff that is gluten free. The Passover stuff is being put out, I am not sure when Passover is, but the food is going out.     OH NO! I hate when that happens. I did that once at my mothers around the holidays my first holidays with celiacs. Just was touching it to see if it was hot, and licked my finger! I guess we are all able to make mistakes like that no matter how long we have been at it! I hope you dont get sick! If you do, feel better fast!!

    I have never found gluten free imitation crab, where did you get it? whats the name?? I would love to be able to have that again, soooo many dips I used to make with it, so much more inexpensive than real crab meat. I know real crab would taste better, but I cant afford that at every family get together.

    I also have the contaminated peanut butter, I am mailing the lid back to Conagra. I bet its all gone off the grocery shelves, that stinks its the only one I really like! oh well, better than being sick. I ate it on rice cakes a few times, and I havent gotten sick.. but not taking any chances
