  2. Eucalyptus oil. Put about 10-15 drops in your shower (just drop it onto the floor and let the steam activate the scent) or enhale straight from the bottle lol throughout the morning. I dunno, works for me I really pop in at the most random times
  3. It's soy-free (I'm allergic to soy). Here are the ingredients:
  4. Someone has It's called Open Original Shared Link
  5. omg I almost want to cheat on my soy-free diet just so I can have a soy pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks mmmmmm. I wonder if I could make one at home with rice milk and some sort of pumpkin pie spice mix LOL...probably wouldn't work , but I might try
  6. It's not pie, but I made Open Original Shared Link a couple days ago. Took forever to make, but the concept is fun
  7. A product called Solea uses olive oil. I've seen a couple other brands at the health food store that use olive oil - can't remember the names though.
  8. Sorry if this has been posted already (I'm kind of skimming the thread). I like muffin frittatas: crack 8-10 eggs into a bowl add chopped veggies of choice (tomato, green onion etc. etc.) canadian bacon, sausage and/or cheese is optional mix it all together. pour into greased muffin tins and bake for about 10 mintues, or until cooked...

  11. Get some Perky's Nutty Flax cereal and loosely follow the recipe on the back of the box. When I did it I basically mixed almond butter, agave, cocoa powder and coconut oil on the stove, then mixed in the cereal...then you can add any additional nuts and dried fruits you want. Basically, you need coconut oil instead of butter....

  14. I tried a different brand too. I think it was called Hemp Bliss. I too, will be sticking with Living Harvest (and may never be brave enough to try another brand again ) It was pretty bad
  15. The theory re. Rice Dream is that the formula is the same (contains barley) but the labeling is different due to the upcoming new gluten-free labeling law (products containing less than 20ppm gluten can be labeled gluten-free). I'm wondering if anyone has contacted the company to confirm that the recipe is the same, or if we are just assuming? Sorry...

  21. Yeah it's the texture. It has a chunky gelatin thing going on. I literally spit it out after taking a bite. I think all flavors are waaaayyyy too sweet, but so far blueberry is the best sweetness-wise (I don't like sweet things though). If you try vanilla and use it successfully in a recipe, let me know. I was hoping to do that too (but gave up after...
  22. I get them for 1.25 at my super expensive health food store. I highly recommend staying away from the vanilla flavor. Peach and blueberry have much better textures.
