    Hi all! I posted last week about getting glutened last week on Tuesday. Well I was up the last two nights sicker then I've been in quite some time. I really have no idea why.     Well, Betty, let me to be someone who can say I completely understand! I have been gluten-free for 4 months. I was horribly sick for years, and it had progressively gotten worse. I finally went to my doc and asked for the testing. My tests came back inconclusive. I went gluten-free anyway, I couldn't take the pain anymore. I felt incredibly better....

I was definantly glutened- I didn't even think about worschester (sp?) sauce. But I looked it up and yep! Bingo- gluten. I know my mom uses it on beef no matter what.     I've started traveling again and here is what I always pack: nut thins lara bars Tylenol Flexaril (muscle relaxer) Pepcid sparkling water (lots and lots of it) gluten-free cookies (whole foods bakery have wonderful cookies) I always check for a store in the area so I can get yogurt and other refrigerator items.     I'm pretty sure he meant paranoid. I figure he's having a tough time too. He watched me decline for 10 years, and at the beginning of this year I was so sick and under weight, well it scared me too. I guess I just hoped for more from him.     Hi all! I typically try to stay very positive in my approach to this disease, but I'm having a hard time right now. I try not to take all this too seriously. What I mean by that, is that when some one forgets what I can eat or makes a slip, I just let it roll off. I don't worry so much about what other people think, or how they might treat me unkindly...

    I took Nu-Lev for years orally. It worked, but then they gave me the under the tongue one. I didn't react very well. It just didn't work for me. I now take Flexaril which is a muscle relaxer. I find it works well but knocks me out, so I only use it when I have to. But I get back spasms too, so I just use the same thing. Your a good guy! Lollie

    I love mine! I got it over 10 years ago but it still looks great! I have a birth mark on my hip. So I had a sunflower designed, that used the birth mark as it's center! I love it still!     I made gluten-free pancakes this morning and it passed the 3 and 5 yearold kids test!!!!!!! Not to mention the Hubby test!!!! Just happy to be getting the hang of the Flour Mix! Lollie
