    Get the chicken from Costco instead, if you're a member. Cheaper, better and the label on ours says "No Gluten"

    Yep! Sugar Free Grape Kool Aid. Yum. Now if we could only get diet grape soda here in Denver. I have to ship it back (Faygo brand) from the mid west when I go there for work. Seriously.

    Man, I want to go to that bbq! Bronco, where do you get your Kinnikinnick Buns? I can't justify paying $15 online for them (price + shipping), and can't find them in any local Denver store (I just called around to Wild Oats, Vitamin Cottage and others). I've never seen but I would love to have a real hot dog again with a bun, mustard, pickles, the works...

    XDC Bakery in the Highlands area - great bakery. Not a ton of options always, but FAR better, in my opinion then the highly praised, much overrated Deby's. Just not a fan of Deby's.     I'm headed there in December, for a week, so this is good information. Chipotle - I'm saved! We're staying near the Merchandise Mart as my partner has a show there, so I'm excited to hear I don't have to live on peanut butter for a week.

    I get the Penne Rosa at Noodles with their rice noodles and add the seared beef tips. OMG - it's amazing. It's my favorite. I have a list somewhere in my car that one of the workers went over with me as to what's gluten-free there. I'll dig it up and post tomorrow.

    I did have a layover in Memphis, twice, but the listing that Corky's gave me for gluten-free food - none of those items seemed to be on the menu at the airport, so I stuck with my cheese, turkey and crackers (I always freeze lunchmeat and take it out the morning of my flight). And, I called the manager of Food Operations at the airport over three weeks ago...

    I was there in November (it's where I grew up) and ate at Med Mex (a few locations around town), as well as Mitchell's in the Galleria (Mt. Lebanon area - South Hills).     If you want to hold down on expenses, depending on what you are doing for flowers, Costco is the way to go. We spent $300 for roses at Costco and it was amazing - we got over 40 dozen roses and arranged them all in simple glass vases.     I traveled last month and had a ziploc bag full of frozen ham, turkey breast and cheese and it wasn't even an issue. By the time we reached Orlando (our layover) it was chilled just enough to eat and not warm at all! Don't stress - traveling can be done with snacks & food. I've even taken a small thing of peanut butter on the plane in a tupperware...
