    A couple of years ago my husband got a sensitivity test from Yorke and it stated that he was intolerant to gluten, wheat, corn, yeast, cow milk, egg yolk, soy bean, almond, cashew, lentils, hazelnut and chili pepper.     I happen to agree with this statement and I will definitely speak to people I know who are in pharamaceutical industry and who work for the FDA in the capacity of inspector and I will make an attempt to try to find out more information. Remember, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and that should be our mantra as regards this subject.

    I saw product at whole foods which was wood chip (for grills) and there was no ingredient statement...would anyone know of a brand name of natural product? This would certainly help and save time. I'd rather not purchase the product and then find out it's no good.

    Lynne Would these journals have been written in a format that the lay person would have had difficulty following or understanding? Would they have been found in libraries of medical universities or colleges with a strong science cirriculum?
