    I eat jello pudding cups alot and have never had a problem. are you sure that its not something else you ate or the artificial sweeteners or a dairy problem

    ener-g pretzels are really good too. also the kinnikinick donuts are good but a little dense if any one knows of any other brands of premade donuts i would like to know

    pumpkin also works really well for a egg replacer. don't have an exact measurement but a large scoop of pumpkin is what i figure for on egg.

    just because you get sick doesn't always mean its from getting gluten. i bet it was just food poisining or the flu that made u sick, exspecially if you didn't normally have those symptoms when getting glutened.

    Ian's brand makes chicken nuggets. I enjoyed them alot, they taste like what i used to eat. also s'better farms makes a gluten free chicken strips. haven't tried those ones but they look good
