    Thanks charks for your reply. I did some intermittent fasting, but as I'm trying to get more physically active I felt my body needed some energy.     Definitely get your doctor’s opinion on this, but give. everything you’ve shared I thing you’ve got two kids who need to be gluten-free. Be sure to share the study on rates of celiac disease among families with your doctor. They may not have the latest info on this.
