I found this bread at my local Meijer's and oh wow, yum, yum, yum!

I'd pretty much given up on having bread, but I think that I finally found one that I feel good about paying $5 a loaf for! I'm feeding it to my non gluten-free husband (I'm transitioning my house to a gluten-free only house) and he likes it as well.

Absolutely...great bread and finding it for $5 is nice...started closer to $7 here...has come down thankfully!

Our house has been completely gluten-free for over three years -- my gluten eater husband has no problem with the switch now that the bread options have improved :)

The San Juan 7 grain is very good. Looks just like some whole wheat breads and tastes about the same.

I love the deli Rye.  It makes amazing Rueben sandwiches and will be a great addition to our annual corned beef and cabbage meal on St. Patty's day.

My very favorite gluten-free bread. Glad you found it, and for such a low price! (7 dollars a loaf where I live.)

Many years ago yes, after eating and going to bed, apparently my esophagus filled with food that my body rejected, the esophagus would lay against the Heart sack (pericardium?) and the heart would respond by becoming arrhythmic. That went away with the strict diet.

I was commenting on the report saying it did not mention migraines! Yes it does last paragraph says have not seen any evidence that Celiac cause migraines! I thought this was about truth?

It has been known for some years that celiacs suffer from migraines at a higher rate than the general populatation. It is an established symptom.

I suffer so bad with migraines when I eat gluten! Yes diagnosed celiac disease n 2015 and it took me years to discover gluten was behind me having severe migraines.  So yes it happens there has to be others like me!

If black seed oil is working for his Afib, stick to it, but if not, I can say that ablation therapy is no big deal--my mother was out of the procedure in about 1 hour and went home that evening, and had zero negative effects from the treatment. PS - I would recommend that your husband get an Apple watch to monitor his Afib--there is an app and it will take readings 24/7 and give reports on how much of the time he's in it. Actual data like this should be what should guide his treatment.
