Olive Garden suggestions

I have to go to a dinner at Olive Garden.  I would assume the salad with no croutons would be safe but what about an entree. Do they understand gluten free or do I have to worry about cross contamination.

CC at olive garden........yeah gluten hell sums that up really nice, Just bring your own food and drink.....do not even trust the utensils, plates, or glasses lol. I bring my own food when I have to eat out with others and play it safe. They have stuff safe for people that are "Gluten Sensitive" but if your celiac or react to CC do not even attempt it there.

Personally I wouldn't trust og food. But I'm pretty sensitive to cc. If you must, you could call beforehand and grill them on procedures. Then do the same when you arrive with your server. Any doubts, pull out your own snacks. Just my opinion. I rarely eat out myself, besides getting a cup of water or wine.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
