Hello everyone

i have been living with hiatal hernia, GERD , bile reflux and celiac disease .  And since one month i got proctitis. I wanted to check up myself so my doctor  send me  to make endoscopy & colonoscopy and it was the worst in my life waste of time... F5E1360F-8BF4-40BD-8200-8258ADF7F121.webp.0aad6d0311c8842aafbad26bf0905d14.webp

The doctor of endoscopy just took one picture of duodenum and one picture from the colonoscopy

reporting there is no Hiatal hernia , GERD and bile reflux . Note: i always get heart burn and pain in my upper side of stomach. As I know these conditions never disappear!!

He only took biopsy from the duodenum.

colonscopy: he said i have Hemorrhoids not proctitis !!! And my doctor says the opposite.

What about the yellow color in the picture i want to know what is that??

please take a look at the pictures and tell me what do you think and how is my duodenum:)

I can not give you any advice about the photos because I am not a doctor.  Is this your 4th endoscopy in four years?  (Previously you stated that you were diagnosed as a Marsh Stage III and that you have never been less than a Marsh Stage II due to your not adhering to a gluten free diet.)

The one biopsy that was taken of the duodenum might reveal more as celiac disease can be microscopic.  Let’s hope it is better than a Stage II, but honestly, it takes more time to heal.

It has been a month since you last reported in.  Are you adhering to the gluten free diet now?  If yes, expect that it can take many months to a year to heal.  Keep to the gluten free diet.  You can do it!

I am on a gluten free diet yes yes :)...

it sucks but no other options.  I am just struggling with the plaets, fry pan etc... because we use everything here together in this house . Dose it affect ?

And also do GERD& Hiatal hernia gose away ?!

You are blaming celiac for everything that is wrong with you, and that is simply bad thinking. GERD can be caused by simply overeating late at night, or a bad sphincter at the base of the esophagus, perhaps ruined after too many years of damage from other problems like excess stomach acid and overeating.

That is not something to argue over. The point is that you appear to have multiple problems are they can all exist with or without celiac. They still must be medically diagnosed and treated as the problems that they are. If you do not agree with your internist or simply do not like their manner, find another one. Yes that can be hard, but using a doctor you think is not treating you properly is foolish, perhaps even dangerous.

In the same way, worrying about your plates and pots and pans is foolish. Yes, it has been proven that good metal pans CAN retain some cross-contamination. That depends largely on how well they are cleaned. Ceramic plates are even less likely to carry cross contamination, but who cares? If you have ANY concern about this, either buy paper plates for six months so you can eliminate the question, or buy a couple of inexpensive pots and a couple of place settings of plates, and keep those as YOUR gluten-free set. They do not have to be expensive. Even if you buy them at a thrift store, and spend an hour thoroughly cleaning them with bleach and scalding water, you will have an inexpensive set that are guaranteed to be gluten-free and you can ELIMINATE any question of whether you are being contaminated by the cookware.

Good medical care requires simple logic. Or, using something more entertaining, like a witch doctor. Sadly there are many medical doctors who are less entertaining and no more effective than the witch doctors.

But M&M's contain milk, and would not be at all like a Tootsie Roll.

I appreciate you validating me because medical is an issue and it's not ok at all they they do this. Some days I just want to call the news media and just call out these doctors especially when they are supposed to be specialist Downplaying when gluten-free when they should know gluten-free is false negative. Now dealing with other issues and still crickets for disability because I show no signs of celiac BECAUSE IM GLUTENFREE! Actively dealing with sibo and skin issues.Depression is the key because thats all they know, im depressed because medical has caused it because of my celiac and related issues. I should have never ever been employed as a bus driver. After 3 years still healing and ZERO income desperately trying to get better but no careteam for celiac other than stay away frim wheat! Now im having care because my head is affected either ms or meningioma in go in tomorrow again for more scans.I know im slowly dying and im looking like a disability chaser

M&M Peanuts. About the same calories and sugar while M&M Peanuts have fiber, potassium, iron and protein that Tootsie Rolls ("We are currently producing more than 50 million Tootsie Rolls each day.") don't. Click the links to compare nutritional values.  Both are made with sugar, not high fructose corn syrup.  I use them as a gluten free substitute for a peanut butter sandwich.  Try her on grass fed, pasture fed milk. While I get heartburn at night from commercial dairy milk, I do not from 'grassmilk'.

I see it everyday on my feeds.  They go out and buy gluten-free processed products and wonder why they can't heal their guts.  I don't think they take it as a serious immune disease. They pick up things off the internet which is so far out in left field.  Some days I would just like to scream.  So much better when we had support groups and being able to teach them properly. I just had an EMA blood test because I haven't had one since my Doctor moved away.  Got test results today, doctor ordered a D3 vitamin test.  Now you know what  type of doctors we have.  Now I will have to pay for this test because she just tested my D3 end of December, and still have no idea about my EMA.
