Dang it! Started a reply, decided to look back because I phorgot what I wanted to say, and proceeded to lose my whole/ unfinished reply. <_< And now I don't remember what I had already said!!! Pretty much a snapshot of the whole day :D

Em called our new PSuzzan a Harpy :o:o:P But she doesn't look evil or Hellish enough to be one :P

Martinis are Shhheeeekkk and De-bone-aire! Maybe that's why I have no Soshul Sofistikayshun...I've never had one fo those! :lol:

THIS is precisely why my TV control doesn't work any more. ONly certain buttons, and really only the up key, not down. :angry: Can't even watch DVD's any more as that button doesn't work. :lol:

Morning Sillies-

Tis to be one of those days--network is acting up at work so logging on to the computer took forever!!!!

There is a beautiful blanket of snow on the ground. More expected later tonight and into tomorrow. I am happy we get to enjoy it at the new house. There are so many windows to look out. :)

Well off to start some more work...

We are still experiencing technical difficulties with computers here at work....as soon as we get them up and running they crash again....and this is hopsital wide! Not a fun day!

I also am switching antibiotics today- I was on Bactrium since last Weds for a sinus infection but I keep getting sick after taking it that I need to switch to another one....

To set the record straight, I was NOT off having a life. Gah! Been sleeping me brains out. My new drug (why did Huey Lewis just pop into me head :lol: :lol: ) is giving me insomnia at night and sleepies during the day. YAWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glad Em's dad is Ok and Amanda's house is going well.

Unfortunately, the only thing that really helps is cutting out anything that isn’t lactose-free or that contains sugar. So basically, stick to meat, veggies, fish…

I had some yogurt with only 2 grams of sugar and is labeled gluten free ...the strawberry version seemed to really set me off My jaw is burning as well as my stomach and my feet.       Of course my son is on a 100% gluten free diet. I wish his symptoms were not debilitating as there are right now. He cannot work, even when a miniscule of cross contamination occurs. I don't know if it's from the lactose in the yogurt or if I'm getting an ulcer  This condition can make you question yourself quite a bit.  Then if you are not sure the anxiety comes 😞 Does any of these symptoms sound familiar to anyone? The neuropathy is quite intense.  What do you eat or drink after this happens  Open to suggestions  Thank you

      Of course my son is on a 100% gluten free diet.  I wish his symptoms were not debilitating as there are right now.  He cannot work, even when a miniscule of cross contamination occurs.  It's not just GI distress, but intense fatigue, brain fog, depression, anxiety, insomnia, etc.  It's literally neurological inflammation.  Not to be taken lightly here.  We have sought out many other possible ways to cope during this window of time (8 months!!!!)  without success.   AN-PEP does not help and seems like studies on this are not well researched.  So, we are trying this out because research shows some promising results.  And, all participants showed no cravings afterwards, no signs of addiction.  The patch is different than the oral route such as smoking, vaping, gum, pouch, etc.

      Have you tried AN-PEP enzymes, for example, GlutenX (who is a sponsor here)? A lot of research has shown that it can break down small amounts of gluten in the stomach, before it reaches the intestines. It might be a better approach than risking nicotine addiction, and the questionable research around this. I also hope that he’s trying to be 100% Gluten-Free.
