Just An Update

Hello,

It's been a while, but I just wanted to say hello and let anyone know who was wondering that my Dec. procedure went well. I went in on the 21st for a hysteroscopy and fractured D & C. They found 2 polyps, which were removed and I am feeling fine. Everything seems to be fine, I have a follow up appt next week. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who wished me well, especially Ursula. Your advice really meant a lot to me. I am hopeful that the procedure took care of all the problems.

Anyway, just wanted to give an update. Hope everyone's holidays were unstressful (uh, as much as possible), and gluten free!

Thanks for the support!

Kate

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
