Does anyone know if the rest of Pace salsa's are gluten-free?

Not off hand. Cambell's said they would send me their list of gluten free products with a week. I will pass that on when I get it.

Please post that when you get it. I had always heard that PACE salsa was gluten-free, but I no longer remember where that data came from. Very few Queso/nacho type things are gluten-free though.

Tis the reason why I make my own salsa.

I know that the On The Border Salsa Con Queso is gluten free. I checked their web site and I got this product at Sam's Club.

Give it up Chris.....details?

VegasCeliacBuckeye Collaborator

Momma,

I dice up a half of one green bell pepper and one red bell pepper (and sometimes half of a serrano chili if I want some heat"

Take a 2lb velveeta "block" and cut it into 1/4 squares (just open the foil and keep slicing it).

Put the velveeta in a glass bowl and microwave it for 2 minutes. Check the bowl, stir it up with a strong spoon (wooden or metal). Put it back in the microwave for 1 minute. Repeat this until it is melted.

Take it out and put it into a normal size crock pot.

Brown 1 pound of Jimmy Dean "Hot" or "Sage" Sausage. Once brown, pour the sausage (and the grease) into the crock pot as well. Add the peppers. Stir it up until completely mixed. Add heavy cream or milk to get the desire consistency. Serve with chips and salsa and guacamole.

Perfect for Superbowl Parties (Yes, I am making it this week)

:)

Gosh, it sounds so awfully wonderful. I am going to put this on my menu for Super Bowl Day Dinner.. Thanks Chris

BTW: I would feel less old, if you would call me Lisa. Momma sounds like every one's grandmother and I am not there yet! Close, but not cigars yet.

I will do better to post my name. :)

PACE Salsa is NOT gluten free, they changed their ingredients between July and November sometime, my son had a pretty severe reaction

Cambell's told me they would send me a list as well in a week and all I got was coupons (1.00 off) and no list! Hope you are more successful. BTW the person I talked to said no Pace product is gluten free :( My husband is making my salsa and spaghetti sauce now though, as soon as we have it tweaked I will post the recipes.

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
