Glutens are naturally-occurring proteins found in grains such as wheat, rye, barley, and oats, but are not found in corn. The primary source of starch in our formulations is corn. Relatively small amounts of other materials used in our formulations may contain starch from other sources (e.g. potato, rice).

We are not aware of published reports associating the use of our products with a worsening of symptoms in patients with celiac disease.

We hope this information is helpful.

Dear Brandy,

Thank you for your interest in our products. Coromega is the product that we have that meets your criteria. Each packet of Coromega provides 650 mg. of pharmaceutical quality fish oil of which 350 mg is EPA and 230 mg is DHA. These are the long chained polyunsaturated fatty acids necessary for all cells but in particular for those cells that play important roles in eye health and optimal brain function.

In addition, there are 3 IU of Vitamin E from soybeans, 25 mg. of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), and 5 mg of Stevia leaf extract. Other ingredients include pasteurized egg yolk, natural orange flavor, vegetable oil, citric acid, sodium benzoate, guar gum, xanthan gum, vanillin, beta-carotene, potassium sorbate, and menthol. The xanthan gum and guar gum are natural plant-based stabilizers. There are no grain products in Coromega so there is no reason why individuals with Celiac

I really appreciate your feedback. I wasn't sure if I was helping anyone.

I've had so many issues with products that I thought should be safe that weren't, hence my research...I'm glad to hear that it's doing someone else some good as well.

@TempCloud  How are you doing?  I hope you aren't reacting too badly? I would most likely react like Trents.  That said, I have read accounts of some coeliacs not showing any symptoms after glutening, after a long break from eating gluten.  But should that happen to you, unfortunately it should not be interpreted as the 'green light' to go back to gluten.  I am afraid coeliac disease at the present is a lifelong condition, and so, too, must be the gluten free diet.  Here are some tips to try, to help you feel better.

If it was me, within 2-3 hours I would be throwing up violently with excruciating abdominal cramps for 2-3 hours. When this phase was done I would go into the diarrhea phase for several hours. But every celiac is different in how they respond to getting "glutened".
