Try clicking on the View new content option. Grey text near top of forum listings. If you have a tabbed browser like Firefox you can open all the new threads posts one after the other in a new tab. As of right now 59 new posts since I last logged in. View new content is also an easy to find new replies to threads you have posted in. The icon on the left of the thread listing will have a pencil if you posted in the thread.

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
