  4. awesome that this meal went well for you love it when that happens! a simple recipe too! i would probably sub onion powder as my hubby doesn't like the actual onions. versatile for side dishes too! serve over a big salad, w/ some rice, w/ baked potatoes, french fries, mashed potatoes and gravy! wow! the cure all meal of meals!
  5. Has anyone ever tried this brand? I have tried the "Cream of Wheat" brand of Cream of Rice, but I noticed Erewhon has some as well, and there's a rebate on amazon .com for it.   7. chicken noodle soup w/ tinkyada pasta! got some of that in my freezer right now. enchiladas freeze great! just prepare them in a pan w/ foil inside, then fold up the foil, remove from pan, and freeze. easy to reheat in the oven too. i make a lasagna casserole that freezes well, and tastes great too! just use spiral pasta instead of the big noodles, and mix...

  14. does it matter brand-wise what probiotics you use? i'm still very nervous to try them...but if they'll help, i'm game. Also, does anyone take pomegranate or noni? i've heard these are both good supplements to use.

What's your reccommendation for probiotics? i've talked to the people at the health food store, and done a little reading on them, but I don't have insurance right now, so I have no dr. to talk w/...but i've been curious to try them. what is this? does it have to do w/ low thyroid?...if so, do share!!!

  23. hang in there candi. it will get better. what i have found helps me to feel like i don't have to stress about every little thing is to stock up on my staples, so i always have something in the house that i know is safe to eat. you really are in the best place to get info!
