Working for a TMJ therapy office, and everyone there is so wonderful! I'm so much happier there, being respected and validated as an equal part of a team. YAY! Well, we're going up to Portland for a convention next week...

  8. went and had some allergy tests run, and came back as possibly having a dairy intolerance. dr said i should try a dairy free diet, or start out w/ lactaid pills. here's my Q-does anyone else take rite aid's dairy aid? i think i may have gotten sick from it. took it over the weekend, but they didn't get back to me until today. said that the facility is...
  9. whenever i get sick, he gets annoyed that i "assume" it's gluten. he seems to think this is in my head, and doubts my dx. positive blood work, inflamed intestines (which he said could be from a variety of things, not just celiac), and most recently a skin-prick allergy test that came back as positive to wheat. what am i supposed to do? he grills me about...
  10. i love to make mushroom rice chicken w/ progresso's soup. sometimes i'll add some parmesan to it while it bakes. mmm i also like to buy various chicken pieces, legs, etc b/c they're cheaper. i'll throw em in a pot w/ water, veggies and chicken broth, simmer for half an hour, then peel the skins and bones off. shred the chicken, and add some noodles...

  15. Chicken Pot Pie - adapted from the recipe book by the girls at www.eatingglutenfree.com Here's the deal w/ this one. I ran out of featherlight mix, and so I used rice flour for the rest. Then I realized I was out of...
