  2. i work for a TMJ specialist, and he recommends to any patient suffering from food allergies to take benadryl because we do have a lot of histamine in us when we have an allergic reaction. i have yet to go out and get some, but would like to see how it helps next time i get glutened.
  3. got the same error i bake potato wedges a lot, but never thought to turn the broiler on the last few minutes. i bet that makes them so much better! great ideas!!

  5. yeah, sometimes you do. and cafe rio is so yummy. i seriously can't believe i haven't gotten sick. so glad though! sometimes i just get the salad w/out a tortilla.
  6. That is SOOO the key! We had a small wedding, but not by my choice. It would have been nice, it was beautifully done, but there were a lot of things about the day (and the days leading up to it) that made it not so much a happy experience. You are so blessed to have support from your families, so I say do what you and your fiance want to do! Whatever anyone...

  15. lol my mother in law did this with her daughters and shoes, she wasn't as skinny as them - wasn't a "fitgirlie" but always thought it was funny that they shared shoes. i think it made the picture look weirder not as balanced...

  22. i know there are tons of gluten-free things, bumper stickers included, at cafepress.com. just search gluten free. my favorite stuff is by gluten free goddess. i told my husband exactly what i want for christmas from there
  23. my husband seems convinced that something that small couldn't possibly make me so sick. it's very frustrating when they don't understand.
