    I would call the orthodotntist, that could be it. Does she go to school, if so does she use products that have gluten like chalk, play do, bubbles and the suck that contain gluten. Does she ever trade her lunches. paula

    Thanks everyone, he is doing better, not out of ht woods but doing better. He is off the drug induced coma drug, and he is off of the breathing tube and breathing on his own.     If you had been gluten free for 9 months, none of them would have shown up on the intolerance test. paula

    Do you have a problem with casein or lacotse, i would bet that is what is causing that. Many celiacs have to give it up when they are first healing. paula

    thanks steve i will look at those places. Briagate is not that far from memorial, so i think i will be fine going there. I just dont want to be up there and me get totally sick and make it miserable for everyone else. I havent ate out at all since i was diagnosed so i have some anxiety. paula

    Well they still dont know what exactly is wrong with him. But this morning they took him out of the coma and took off the breathing tube so my hubby could talk to him, he gagged as he was trying to talk and they put him back in the coma and put back the breathing tube.     ANd just cause you dont have an celiac gene does not mean you do not have celiac. I do not have one of the main celiac genes and i have celiac cause I have positive DH and blood work and enterolab testing. So not having the celiac gene is not an guarantee that you do not have celiac. paula

    I bet it was the powerade, when i called them they said they were not gluten free but only one was, i think mountain blast, i cant remember off hand, i just know i stay clear of them cause they make me sick.     when i called they told me all of their mineral wear was gluten free. So now im wondering if that is why my eyes are still red, even tho they are better since i changed my face powder to gluten free powder, but not 100 percent better. They should have never told me that the stuff was gluten free when they are not sure. paula

    thanks ill call our local health food store on monday and ssee if they can get me some, i know i saw a place online that sold it that says 1.52 a 6 ounce container, is that about the going price for it. I know i wont mind the gelatin texture, it has been so long i dont care, as long as i can eat yogurt and i seen how it has some really good probotics to it...
