For a good recipe that you wont have to deal with the flours at all is Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies 2 c. sugar 2 c. peanut butter (any type) 2 egg (or egg replacer 1 tsp vanilla enjoy life chocolate chips (casein free) Mix first 4 ingredients. I have found it does not taste exactly the same ever no matter what kind you use. But after gluten free for over two years you do forget what regular tastes like. Destiny- Could it have needed to be cooked longer? I know with namaste cakes I always have to cook them longer and sometimes add aluminum foil to keep the top from getting to dark while the inside is cooking. -

Jenny- We love ours! We actually have two, one for my daughter and one for me. Its really convenient for us when we are out and about for food. The thermos has to be bought separate but they carry them or you can get them for a regular store. What's a laptop lunch kit? -
