  10. Plain white rice would be the only thing I'd get if I haven't been to the place before. Also, cross contamination is eating gluten. It still does damage. I'd rather eat something full of gluten than eat something gluten-free that's corss contaminated. Good luck!
  11. When I went to Spain I took fruit and breakfast bars on the plane with me. Not all countries let you take fresh foods into them and you'll have to leave them on the plane or in the airport after landing.

  23. I am sorry but this brand SUCKS. It was some of the worst cheese ever. I have found a better cheese that MELTS. It is so good. I put it on my veggie burgers and pizza. My non-gluten-free and non-vegan friend had pizza with me and said he wouldn't have known it was fake cheese if I hadn't told him. Open Original Shared Link
