  15. Hi Lynrn, Have you tried pro-bioitcs and digestive enzymes? Psyillium husk capsules with lots of water may help with the D also. Stopping all dairy for a while is a good idea and all soy.

  22. Have you tried taking lactaid pills when you eat dairy? If lactaid enzymes prevent the symptoms then it is probably just lactose intolerance.

  24. Blood sugar problems can cause leg cramps also. If you are concerned about low potassium you can try Morton Lite Salt. It has potassium in it. I used to get leg cramps but haven't had them in a few years. I can't say I know why they stopped.
