That's a challenge for sure. I will keep my eyes open for that one. Meanwhile I hope someone can answer for you. Do you have a copy of "Cooking Free"? If not I can post the recipes. In case you do, you could combine 3 recipes and all you need to do (besides buy a bunch of spices, etc.)is leave out the lemon juice or use apple cider vinegar, use... -

The following is from my notes I took a couple of years ago when I thought my dd had endometriosis(allergic to gluten we found out), so I don't have a web site for you, sorry. Progesterone is the precursor to other hormones, if not enough produced each month-all the other hormone levels will become either too high or too low. The whole system will become... -

ARCHIVED Where To Draw The Line With Wheat Free Or gluten-free Foods?
purple replied to GF avenger's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
Here is a good snack idea or have it for lunch or dinner. No cooking just choppin' Layered Bean Dip Mix a can of refried beans with 1 T. of McCormick taco seasoning (if desired or add a bit more) and spread it into a pie plate. Make guacamole if you like it and spread it on top of the beans. Then cover it with salsa to keep it from turning brown... -
Have you ever tried sorghum flour? Carol's Flour Blend 1 1/2 cups sorghum flour 1 1/2 cups potato or corn starch 1 cup tapioca flour I use this gluten-free flour mix now for most everything except pie crust and tortillas. The dough is a bit sticky to roll out for that. Sorghum has fiber and protein. Someone else posted that they even use more...

My undiagnosed dd is trying to go gluten-free/vegan. She works after school at a restaurant, got hungry and ate fries. The next morning she had 2 gut aches before school. She said they deep fry everything in the same oil. She has Ritz sometimes and they don't bother her...yet. The restaurant also deep fries wheat tortillas for taco salad bowls. She can tell...

Just 3 ideas: Bragg's apple cider vinegar(has the "mother" in it)- straight shots or in juice, or drink it with a straw at the back of the throat to avoid the taste. It helps my sister who only "goes" about 1 or 2 times a week for years until she got started on it. Good for lots of things! www.bragg.com Berries with seeds, extra benefit if you chew the... -
