  5. I am glad your waffles turned out! I used to hate waffles until I tried a gluten-free/vegan version and now that is the only recipe I make (only kids are gluten-free). I make them with berries for my dh and choc chip for me. Berries and choc chip for oldest dd and plain for youngest dd Try them with choc chips, whipped cream and a drizzle of choc syrup...

  12. I think it depends on how much you are using and what you are making with it. If you don't need much you could try: honey, molasses, maple syrup, light or dark agave nectar.   23. You are most welcome! You can put the eggs in warm water, while getting out the other ingredients, in order not to cook them in the melted butter. Stash some in the freezer for one of those chocolate craving moments we gals tend to get OFTEN!
