  4. If you don't like the taste of olive oil you could try light olive oil. Karina from glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com uses it in her recipes. We use it often.
  5. All my dd needed was a fax from her doc and she is gluten-free not celiac. I hope this gets worked out for you soon. Also they refunded the whole semester even though we talked to them mid Feb.

  15. I have an idea on how to use your clay pot. I saw crock pot liner bags advertised on T.V. before Christmas. I haven't tried them nor know what sizes they make. Maybe you could try it once. Even double bag it if needed. That way you could still use the pot. Or if that doesn't work you could make a planter out of it or fill it full of pinecones or a silk type...

  19. I would suggest freezing part of it, double or triple wrap it and keep the rest in the fridge. Use the freezer bread for grilled sandwiches, toast or french toast.
