  1. When buying gluten-free look for products that state gluten-free on the labeling... If its states wheat free that does not make it gluten-free....many companies list on their lables so become a label reader... 3. sara Being a gluten-free household will make less stress in your life for sure. Remember that meats, fish , veggies, & fruits wil be the same cost gluten-free or not.. Buy a bag or two of a good gluten-free flour blend ie: betterbatter, jules, meister's , tom sawyer, then you can make so many gluten-free goodies yourself without paying...
  4. You are still very new to the gluten-free lifestyle. People go through mourning just as one does for the loss of a loved one. By going gluten-free you are loosing a part of your beig that you were taught from a very early age, eating & food. So all that you have learned about eating healthy & so much more is now not the way you live...

  9. Simona 19 Thanks so much. Besides using the metals rods you can also use wooden drowel rods. They come in a very long stick. I cut them to the correct size & cover each one in foil... Works like a charm & last forever & much cheaper than buying the metal ones. I have12 dozen wooden ones that may have cost me ten bucks years ago.... The...

  13. Why would anyone be selling products that contain no information? Isn't that against the law? That farmer's Market could be sued if someone became sick & also the person who made the product... I agree with you gluten-free or not I would not eat anything that I didn't know the ingredient list or where it came from. The world is such a strange place...
  14. Before you beat yourself up I suggest trying the lesser evils! Cutting back on the fiber is an easy start...we all need lots of fiber & protein but if our bodies are not healed enough then it becomes nasty stuff...Don't tryeverything suggested all at once cause you will never know for sure.. 16. Wow, is food what life is about? Yes, we are a social nation where food becomes a main social part of life but LIFE is about loving, caring, feeling, for someone other than ourselves. Why were we put here if was not to reproduce if we are able too. If we never multiplied then would there be many humans left in the world? I have very healthy adult...
  17. Why don't you push for the celiac blood work? Most doctors will do that....also all four of the symptoms you mention could be celiac related....I have a friend whose only symptom is anemia, no other celiac symptoms. The blood work & endoscope was done & boom celiac! Plus for meone must be 100% gluten free tohave the best results & without further...
  18. When we stay at hotels/motels you can request a small fridge& a microwave.. Most are willing to put these in the room for free when you tell them a person has celiac .. I've done this many times with no extra charge or hassle. Breakfast buffets at hotels usually have fresh fruit, juice, milk for cereal, & a toaster... I take my own cereal...

  22. 65 mcg of cytomel seems like a lot .. Do you take it all at once? It's all T-3 so you need to be dosing that out over the day.. I took 35 mcg & when I went to another doctor he said no wonder I felt high, that 35 mcg was a hefty amount & it was like SPEED to the body....
