  10. I have a Kitchen Aid...... haven't had that happen. It does happen with my hand kitchen -aid mixer for five power levels though. I just think the reason it happens with it is tomuch dough for it to handle. Happens when I double or triple some recipes.
  11. Hi & welcome I agree with the other two posters... Unless your are also dairy free whey is ok...... I think if you remember that if a product states no wheat , that does not mean no gluten . But if a product stated no gluten then it is safe....... So I always tell my newbies to look for products that states no gluten & you can feel safe about...

  15. Hi Amy, Welcome th the world of celiacs.....I guess my first thought for a newcomer is DO NOT CHEAT, once you cheat & get away with it , it becomes eaasier to do it over & over again. 23. I do sometimes make a gluten dessert for my husbands work. Not because it tastes any different but this stuff is pricey & I don't want to waste it on employees who don't need it. Call me L'cheapo I guess. I would say it depends how sensitive you are to gluten, for some a crumb puts them down for days & others don't react at all. I only do this maybe...
