  7. Enjoylife brand makes no-oat oatmeal cookies and they use brown rice flakes; heres what the website says: Brown rice flakes These crunchy flakes are made from flattened and toasted brown rice. They work great to mimic the great crunch of oats in our No Oats
  8. So ive been gluten free 7 weeks and have noticed some good improvements like no daily headaches or stomach aches. the only problem is i get bloated all the time. I feel very full soon, but i dont want to only eat a few bits because i dont want to lose weight. im 5'5 and 100lbs, before i was gluten free i was 80lbs and people were calling me anorexic and...

  10. This should do, quinoa flakes make a good oatmeal sub, but if you use gluten free oats, then thats perfectly fine too!: 1 cup (1/2 pound or 2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened, OR 1 cup shortening 1 1/2 cups agave nectar 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 large...
  11. I know this may not be a big help, but i agree, cut out the casein!! I am 13, and when i was sick before going gluten free i got down to exactly 80lbs, and im a little under 5'5. i was very underweight even according to childrens bmi calculator. I went casein and gluten free, and within less than a couple months, i am up to 103 lbs or something. I eat...
  12. You can have celiacs without any symptoms at all. That doesnt mean it still cant do damage. That is a scary thought! You would want to ask for the celiac panel: Anti-gliadin antibodies (AGA) both IgA and IgG Anti-endomysial antibodies (EMA) - IgA Anti-tissue transglutaminase antibodies (tTG) - IgA Total IgA level. Your doctor might not let...
  13. Just make a few changes to many meals, and your family probably wont even know. Homemade mac and cheese with rice pasta and cornstarch to thicken your whitesauce. Spaghetti with rice or corn/quinoa pasta. Some meals are naturally gluten free: steak with safe sauce, salad no croutons, and a baked potato. Burgers, just use your own bun. Breakfast for dinner...

Everytime I eat my stomah grows. I wake up with a slightly bloated stomach, and everytime I eat it just grows to the poirnt where the end of the day I am huge and sick and heating...
  15. i think it depends on if its lactose intolerance or casein. If it is lactose, then she may have grown out of it. If its casein, she wont, just like gluten. Cheddar is very low in lactose so if it is lactose problem, she probably wont be bothered. if its casein she will. Have you had testing for casein or lactose?
  16. That sounds really cool. I looked at it but i have a question: is it only in Arizona?
  17. I've had dreams where i take a bite of pizza and remember what i'm eating and spit it out and wipe my tongue and being freaked out that i'll be sick soon. 19. Thanks,i think i'll pass on the milk, what about soaking nuts? anyone know about that?
  20. I read on yahoo answers that raw milk and butter is supposed to really help in healing a messed up digestive tract. I also read that if you soak nuts atleast 8 hours before eating them then they will be easy to digest and wont upset the stomach. Are both of these true? My enterolab said i wasnt positive for casein but dairy makes me feel sick so do you...
