  1. It was my understanding (by phone) that they don't have some type of Business License to do Business with people in MD & NY... They were notified by both States to cease business until they get the license and they don't plan on getting it at this time.. They did tell me how to beat the issue, but I needed to cross State lines.. That being said...

  4. Years back my Mom suffered from exposure to oil base paint and solvents... Latter in life most perfumes and some deodorants even caused issues... Since my Mom passed without being diagnosed, I can only say that Her issues were most likely caused by Celiac...
  5. Scott, IMHO, Dollar/penny wise, wouldn't it bet better for Regulars to click on at least one ad daily instead of an ad-free subscription for $15-20 per year ??? Way to often Sites start offering an ad-free subscription and soon after add boards just for subscribers. Next they offer lifetime membership, with boards just for lifers as they are called.....
  6. Both the Breadman TR875 & Zojirushi BBCCX20 are highlighted in Living Without's Gluten Free Holiday Issue.. Sounds like both Bread Makers are good... Meanwhile my son sent me another brand as a Christmas gift; Cusinart CBK-200 with a gluten-free setting & convection fan... Now to find out the do's and don'ts of this machine..

  11. I'm also thinking that corn is an issue in my life... Just seems like it's in so many gluten-free foods.. Will Insurance pay for Alletess Food Allergy Panel?? I spent a lot of money last winter at Johns Hopkins Hospital / Bayview Location. Seemed like the Doctor was only interested in Food Allergies that caused Life Threating events... He talked...

  15. Hi all, I just checked that list for "Veramyst" (Nasal Spray) ... It's not on the list as being Gluten Free, but it doesn't list Gluten in it's contents either... Any Input???

  19. Not an expert on this, but one can be skin tested for a wheat allergy, not glutten...
  20. I also battled some issues like you.. I did find out the Naturally Gluten Free Sour Cream wasn't.. My wife and daughter started reading labels and calling. The last thing we thought was the culprit.. That Naturally Gluten Free Sour Cream carried a warning that it may contain traces of wheat, of course it was in small print.. We were sure that...
  21. I ended up with 4 stitches after the biopsy. It took 2 weeks for the results that were off the charts... It was a bit costly, but I only had to pay 20% after insurance payment... The "Gold Standard" still requires a Positive Blood Test to confirm it... One could just use the Iodine Test and accept the results. Keep in mind that my Drematologist...
