Sometimes I switch lunches around or throw something together last minute if I'm in the mood but I usually stick to the menu.   15. This happened to me. I've heard a few reasons but who knows why it happens. The worst was the first two weeks but then it started to ease way up. Until my first glutening last Friday. My appetite's finally getting back to normal. What helps me is eating frequently and eating whole foods (meat, fruits, veggies).

  18. It could be. I wouldn't go off a reaction just based on one time. Wait another few weeks and then eat a SMALL amount. Make sure everything you eat up to a few days before is not questionable.   24. I know it's hard to think about your child getting poked with a needle but that's how they do the test. Overall, a quick blood draw is quite simple (compared to other stuff that could be done).
