Lo! I've got the parts catalog out & I'm going to order new parts for you! A total re- do. An Etreme Loey Makeover. I'm trying to get Ty Pennington on the phone right now. Seriously, getting a few things fixed may prove very helpful. I hope so! Keep us up- to- date. If you want to give Clark my email, he can give us surgical updates and I... -

I seen several people on here say that they react to tapioca. If you hadn't been using it before, maybe that got you? Could be one of the other flours. Maybe go a week or so back to what you were doing. Feel better. Then try using 1 new flour/ starch at a time. If they have to be mixed, maybe you could do 2 at a time. -

I freeze small containers like chili and then stick them in the cooler. They help keep everything cool. -

You could use the Internet to see if he is still a doctor practicing somewhere. Then send him a note. He would really like to hear from you. Tell him how you are doing. -

Oh no! Cooper would not risk being alone in the world! He might go if the chickens went with him. Our gate gets left open & he doesn't leave the back yard. -

I could loan you Cooper. Once the chickens get used to him & realize he isn't going to hurt them ( take about 10 minutes) he could hang out and scare unsuspecting predators. Works well for the rabbits, squirrels & birds in our yard. -

Do you have coyote, fox, bobcat or hawk issues with them running around? I live in a neighborhood, but I would. -
This does sound allergic. Don"t eat wheat unless there is someone there who can call 911 or take you to the ER or perform a trach. I' ve always wanted to do one so I'll be right over. But seriously, if your breathing is slightly impaired, get immediate help before it is more than a slight obstruction.i

My uncle had " fancy" chickens for fun on his farm. They were dumber than dirt. Your chickens sound like a lot of fun. -
This is a nice article with a recipe from my local paper. The featured family of Oliva makes some killer pizza crust & buns. Out paper has had gluten-free and allergy cooking featured at least twice in the last few months. Open Original Shared Link

Some of our grocery stores sell gluten-free baked goods. They are from 2 local gluten-free bakeries and labelled as such. I will be curious to hear what you find out from the manager. -

Maybe she can get a locker at the gym or rink & squeeze some stuff in. J is doing mechanical engineering. Other than being a firefighter or Ninja when he was 6, its what he has always wanted to do. -

He is looking at Kansas State today. I fear it will not seem as impressive as the twice as expensive (even with the scholarship) CO. He also saw kids playing intermural (recreational)sports which he is hoping to do. I will let you know what he decides. What is she studying? Is she playing hockey? -

I only watched the highlights but they do seem to really like each other. Quite a nice difference from Diana & Charles' wedding. Loved when Camilla was trying to pick up the littlest flower girl so she could see over the balconey. Especially, when she chided Prince Charles and it took him a minute to figure out she wanted him to hold the little... -

Hub & J sent me pics of the important things on the CO campus. 2 are pics of a bike parking lot. counting what I can see, it must be 200 bikes at one and another 100 at the other. The other pic of a big sign for a pizza place (meant to make me OK with him going so far) Colorado Style Pizza. Gluten Free Appetizers, Pizza, Sandwiches &... -

Update on the college tour. He loved Colorado. Most of the campus has been re- built recently so it looks nice. They sent him around with an engineering student so he got to hear a students perspective. It was warm and lovely weather. Not sure what he thought of the long drive. Em, love the singing bus driver. Could have a big sing- along. -

I cannot emphasize enough that you should highlight the actual tests. Docs will read about 2 sentences and they are used to someone highlighting the important parts or where to sign. -

Make sure it isn't just the esophagus & stomach. Ask the doctor. You could probably call & ask the office if that is what you are scheduled for. When you get there, they will ask if you know why you are there, any questions, etc. Make sure you are getting what you think you are. -

Ok. I'm back. Print this off. Highlight the names of the blood tests. It's from an actual medical center and actual docs so my doctors have read it. Make sure he doesn't just write "celiac panel". Ask him to specify because some Celiac panels are out of date. Keep a copy with you. When you are getting the blood drawn, make sure those are what they...
