remember, the blood levels are the last place the def is going to show. Homeostasis needs to be maintained or you will die. -

be careful of too much Ca++, my GYN doesn't recommend supplementing any more, r/t cardiac issues. Vit D + K are big issues with bones. read up on any of the bone building meds, before you take! -

Your doc needs to go back to school, and tht is the polite version of my thoughts! geesh. You have positive celiac test, AND his comment on the "food sensitivity" in relation to gluten is wrong. -

metformin can lead to a vitamin B12 def., which would contribute to your fatigue. - 
	the little green footballs are D2, vegetable source, not animal...need D3, much easier for body to assimilate. notme...try the dry D... good luck!Open Original Shared Link don't know about soy....

	TamiTami, are you taking the little green footballs for your vitamin D? If so, you need to change to Vit D3..take the equivalent dose with what ever dosage size you can find. Good luck

do you have an actual diagnosis of dermatitis herpetiformis ? If so, you have already been dx'd with celiac.... - 
	14 days before your next period, could be ovulatory pain, "mittleschmertz" I think, spelling may be off....otherwise, if movement helps, perhaps some tight abdo muscles? Get a little more magnesium in your diet/supps. good luck!

	hopefully you have read on the vit D site about the accusations of child abuse related to osteomalacia/fractures in breast fed infants of D def moms?m
 - 
	D2 is the plant form, D3 is the usable animal form.
 - 
	Once you tan, you reduce the amount of vit D that you make. also, don't shower/bathe immediately after sunning.
 - 
	In moderation! lol 15-20 min a day. and supplement with D3, not D2.
 - 
	...and some bottled water is simply tap water from some where else.....
 -
