  4. I agree with Oceangirl, Kraft will list it. I was eating Planters until I found out I had almond and peanut allergy. Everytime I ate them I had gastro problems.

  10. I started a proibotic this morning and started to bloat a hour later. I have very little gas, just a terrible bloated stomach and some heartburn. I'm giving up corn now to see if that helps. Thanks for the help.
  11. So, I'm back at school handling gluten snacks for my kindergartners and helping them with lunch. I carry soft soap with me to lunch to wash hands after helping them.   12. I didn't notice potatos giving me a lot of trouble, but tomatos do. My food allergy test showed I was allergic to them and I went nightshade free. When I eat tomatos my stomach burns and I have gasto problems. I tried to eat bread with potato extract and had some mild cramping in my sides. I believe for now they bother me, so I stay away.   17. I have Celiac and found out I have a wheat/barely allergy also. I prefer to not touch any gluten at all. When I do, I don't feel sick like being glutened,but I don't feel well.   18. I was this way before going gluten-free. I would wake up in the morning and couldn't get enough to drink.
  19. Being a newbie 3 months in for gluten-free diet, I will not eat shareded equipment. I try to limit the gluten in my house., I love trader joes for some of the deli meat and produce. I do not buy their items that are produced on shared items. Mostly becauced I am so new to this and I like less pain free days.
  20. I was having to drive over to the next city or spend $12 for Grist beer at my local organic store. I was happy that my local Lowes Foods started carrying it. My local Walmart does not. I'm still waiting on the Synders pretzels...soon I hope!
  21. I was having 9-10 migraines a month! I haven't had one since going gluten-free! Hang in there, I'm going into my 4th month gluten-free. A great tip they gave me here is to keep a food diary. It will help you figure out if other foods bother you. I found out I cannot do tomatos.Hang in there!
  22. I have a gluten-free friend who has eaten at our local Outback and she has done well everytime. I have yet to attempt this. I really think it depends on the cooks and how well they are. Sorry you had a bad experience.
  23. I like them as well. I found them at a local organic market. I agree with you, a little more expensive, but worth the flavor.
