Grapes are my go to snack, sometimes mangos. I try to cook enough for two meals. Boiled eggs if I eat breakfast, I'm really thankful I can still eat eggs!
  2. I wore dresses until it got really cold because my stomach was bloated and in pain 24/7. It hurt to have anything pressed against my stomach, I could not stand it, not even a seatbelt! 3. Great advice! I'm in my 8th month gluten free. I use sharpies a lot to lable the non gluten "mom" To "kids" gluten items. I use gallon size baggies to put all my produce etc in. 6. I was going to buy my regular gluten-free dijon mustard yesterday and the store I was at didn't have it. So I start reading lables and some say gluten-free but the vinegar is from corn. Other brands just had apple cider vinegar (are those safe?) I had one of those "yes it is safe" " then am I sure?" moments. Help!
  7. I was still having terrible bloating with side cramps even though I was free of so much. I went corn free and felt so much better. I tried to have hard candies etc, but even those bothered me. I can now button my pants after a year! If I eat corn or corn products, I will bloat so badly I look pregnant and I will cramp bad! I try to be very strict, but even...
  8. That would be "place" If you find a good fast food, I think that's great! I eat at pfchangs, chic-fil-a. I eat at a restaurant called Harpers(it's a more pricey restaurant) that have a gluten-free menu with no problem so far. I'm thinking of trying Jasons Deli in the near future. I don't eat out much, but have done well everytime at pfChangs. I always ask...
