The regular is so creamy with a wonderful lemon taste, not like regular mayo....but better! It is wonderful with chicken and fish! I'm not a big mayo person, but with this, I could eat the entire jar! Makes great egg salad as well. I'm pretty sure...
  6. I believe she used Symphony toffee almond candy bars by hershey. I think you could use anything gluten-free. Pour half the batter in then add any gluten-free candy bar, pour the rest on top. Then why not use a galze....Yum!
  7. Hugs! I know a lot of people around me don't get it either, or they think I'm being OCD! they don't get CC at all! My sister went to great lenghts to make a turkey gluten-free for me, however she had it beside the stuffing! Right then and there we had a lesson on CC. Now all the gluten-free stuff is first and by itself. I'm 10 months gluten-free and I didn...
  8. I love the brownies as well! When I treat myself, I frost them with gluten-free Betty Crocker icing. Paula Dean made brownies once and put candy bars in the middle. I thought that would be a good idea to kick up the gluten-free brownie mix, but haven't tried it.

  19. I miss this as well! Work is a difficult place, on teacher workdays they go to places without gluten-free menus. We also have a cookout that I'm trying to think of a safe way of having it. I do feel somewhat left out when I cannot eat what they are. Any treats that are supplied for staff are always gluten loaded.

  21. You might want to see if you could replace your meds with other options. Also, give up corn and see if that helps. I get like this sometimes as well. The gel caps help some. They took xrays (I was on my back )before drinking and then a hour...
