  4. wow, what recipe did you use? i would love to make that. we make fermented sauerkraut and it is sooooo good and it *is* good for my gut we also make half-sour pickles with just salt, cukes, garlic and dill which are fabulous. but i've not come across a recipe with any flour in it for pickling/fermenting so i was going to suggest just leaving it out but...

  20. no, dude, you are thinking of oats. i have an independent soy sensitivity and if i have a reaction it lasts maybe 24 hrs. i know it doesn't contain gluten because i would be knocked down for 2 weeks.

  22. looks dee licious! that is one of my favorite recipe websites - some of their stuff is a little 'involved' but i have never made anything off there that wasn't uber yummy. their paska (easter) bread is spot on everybody can't believe it is gluten-free !
