  7. if you're worried about the crock pot, they sell liners for them - that's what i use in mine - i wasn't sure about the crock, it is ceramic and we used it to cook gluten-y things before i was dx'd. i glutened myself alot in the first year, i am sure! also, things in particular brands/certain foods were still hard to digest because my intestines were...

  11. to each their own, i suppose - and it is a voluntary disclaimer, so who knows what manufacturers *don't* identify a possible chance of cc. for that reason, i don't eat much processed/pre-packaged food. i can make a big batch of (whatever) and freeze single portions. that works better for me.
  12. i had harlequin bugs (beetle types) last year and i didn't know what they were but i spotted one or two hanging around the broccoli and cauliflower. we went to my sister's for a week and when i came back, three rows of cole crops were decimated - wiped out!! this year, i saw one on the (failed) napa cabbage plants and we ripped them all out - crossing my...
  13. when i had my endo, they said i would probably have a sore throat for a couple of days, and that i might feel like i have a 'tickle' in my throat. all normal, they said. i didn't really even have a sore throat (wolfed down a turkey sandwich as soon as we got home lolz) glad you finally had your tests, marcus - boy, they sure make you wait long enough...

  20. alright, already - hey LOOK! something SHINY! oooooooooh!!!!! if i were going to start a daycare in the good ole us of a, i would probably make it 100% gluten free and just not tell anybody. it's easy enough to do, shoot, if you did an allergen-free (gluten-free, df, sf, etc) you could probably make a mint. my neice has a nut allergy and we were...
