  1. if you are still eating dairy this early on, i would quit it for awhile. if your villi are damaged, your body isn't producing what it needs to digest dairy - it's produced by your villi - so until your intestines heal some, your poops are gonna be wierd and dairy will be irritating and maybe slow the healing process. yeah, it's alot to pay attention...
  2. yeah, we buy the tinkyada, too. i hadn't found a good sub for egg noodles until i found some in a rinky-dink beach grocery in florida and the brand is: seitenbacher. they are made in germany - very light and delicate. my husband likes them better than 'regular' with his stroganoff you can order them online.

  15. surprising that she knows you have already been doing this for TWO YEARS - time enough to get used to the idea that you have to be very careful where you eat. if she was that close of a friend, she has seen your health improve as well, so your 'picky' eating is necessary! sorry, kiddo, that sucks that's why i have, like, one friend lolz she better not...

  17. it is pretty early on, especially if you had been having symptoms left untreated for a long time. i had this for 25 years, untreated, so i figure it's going to take awhile. your nerves have to heal, too. i'm 3 years in and still noticing improvement. i don't eat alot of processed foods but i do eat some - the less ingredients, the better - food journal...

  19. eating gluten-free doesn't require a prescription. and other 'treatable' <billable) things have cleared up. the only reason i have been to my g.p. is to monitor my blood pressure, which i have a 'script for, and they check my blood once or twice a year because i'm old. i figure the insurance company is saving a bunch on me what have you been doing...

It does not diagnose allergies.Any proposed changes to your diet should be discussed with your GP or other health professional...
