  3. I react every time I eat riceworks chips .I ones I had did not list soy as an ingredient .I have begun to wonder if it is the canola oil I am reacting to. I no longer eat them .

    I use this brand with no problems and I am sensitive to soy as well as gluten. I use it to make a BIG mug of hot cocoa, it is the only way I can get my chocolate fix.

  6. My blood test was negative, my only endoscopy was 16 months after I was gluten free . I was diagnosed with celiac because: I had a positive DH biopsy, tested positive for Hashimotos and most of my symptoms responded to a gluten free diet .

  10. I have been diagnosed with ataxia . Most of my symptoms dissipated after going gluten free. Unfortunately some of the damage is most likely permanent . My symptoms when I consume soy also are neurological.So I am also soy free.

  12. When I first when gluten free , I was a mess,emotions all over the place,anger,sadness ect..As your body detoxes from the gluten this may happen. Sometimes it is part of the withdraw from gluten.
  13. Yes it does I am not saying it is ever easy, but It does get better and it is worth it. As your body heals so does your mind and soul. Hang in there ,and come to these forums when you need to vent ,information or just need a BIG cyber hug. (( HUGS))
  14. I react VERY strongly to soy and I have an egg intolerance. I am not sure if it related to what the chickens are feed or not. One option is to try to find some home raise non soy feed chickens for your eggs to see if that makes a difference.

  17. @Jestgar; My tendency has been to go for raw vegetables so some well cooked vegetables may be the best place to start. @Raven; I already know that some nightshades are off limits. chilies and green peppers are unfortunately permanently of limits , I am watchful when consuming any nightshades.   21. If drinking lemon juice is helping her back pain, I would suggest that she would consider investigating whither or not she has gallbladder issues. Drinking lemon juice DID help my back pain (upper back by shoulder blades) from gallbladder issues. I would like to add it did not eliminate my gallbladder issues, just postponed the inevitable.

  24. Soy is well hidden in our food, from chocolate, chicken bouillon,gum to canned tuna fish. Check all your foods for soy. If you are in the US soy must be on label as an allergy warning,the exception being soy oil.
